The Heather Hill Group is a family owned company committed to extending your independence with Empathy, Integrity and Respect in the Home Care and Disability sectors. Heather Hill is also one of Queensland’s most sought-after Nursing Agency providers specalised in servicing Aged Care. Founded in 2002 Heather’s vision of providing high quality nursing support for the Aged Care sector has since grown to Agency nursing placements, Home Care for Senior Australians, and those living with Disability.

Chief Executive Officer

Hayley was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in April 2022, following seven years as our Operations Manager. Hayley has a strong business acumen and solid personal values. Hayley is driven by making a difference to the lives of our clients and staff every single day, and ensuring the high quality of our service is maintained and improved.

As a registered nurse herself, Heather Hill has worked in the community and aged care sectors for more than 20 years. She recognises that older people deserve specialised services to meet their needs, and aged care nurses are also entitled to the very best treatment.

Heather began Heather Hill Nursing Agency in 2002 with two key goals. First, to improve the quality of life and promote respect for older people in our community. Second, to ensure the fair treatment of agency nurses. Heather knew that you can only achieve exceptional nursing if you provide exceptional care and support for nurses themselves.

Heather’s founding vision — “Nurses caring for nurses” — captured the agency’s ongoing dedication to providing nurses with a caring, supportive and understanding environment.

Today, this vision is still integrated into every aspect of our agency operations.
